Logging In

How do I log in to this Website?
Enter your User ID and password into the Log In page. If you have not yet created your User ID and password, visit the Sign Up section of this Website.

I am unable to log in.
Make sure you are entering the correct User ID and password. Capitalization matters in your password. You must enter your password exactly the same as when you created your Member Profile.

What if I forgot my User ID or password?
If you forgot your User ID, go to Forgotten User ID and complete the form. Your User ID will be displayed on the screen. If you forgot your password, go to Forgotten Password and complete the form. You will be asked a series of security questions you were initially asked when you created your Member Profile. After that, you will choose a new password.

Can I change my User ID?
No. Once you choose your User ID, it stays the same for the entire program.

Can I change my Password?
Yes. Once you have signed up for this program, you are free to change your password as often as you like. Go to Change Password / Security (you must be logged in to access your account).
